Additionally Veoneer in Sweden is located in 5 different cities throughout the country, from Skellefteå in the north to Gothenburg on the west coast. Our camera systems are developed in Linköping with the help from our highly integrated satellite offices. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software, algorithms and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles

In your role as system engineer, you will analyze the requirements of external and internal customers and develop product-level requirements and architecture. You work closely with test engineers, system engineers, software engineers and architects to get a state of the art product that saves lives.

You probably have a master´s degree with focus on systems, electronics, software or equivalent and at least 5 years experience in system development. You have a good understanding of all aspects of the development of embedded systems and have worked as a developer for embedded systems before. Experience from the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems is a merit.

To succeed in the role you are communicative, driven and taking initiative. You enjoy working in a changing environment with stimulating tasks. You are used to working in project form, analytical and stimulated by independently and creatively working with problem solving. You are responsive and outgoing and easy to maintain good relationships with people in your area.
