In September, the LEAD company Invisense were awarded winners of Östergötland’s SKAPA prize during a ceremony at Linköping Castle. SKAPA is one of Sweden’s biggest innovation prize and Invisense did not only win the regional prize but qualified for a spot at SKAPA Innovation Gala on November 9th and is now competing on a national level.

Björn Garplind and Anders Friberg were awarded the SKAPA prize for their accomplishments within thinly printed moist sensors that can be used in constructions of buildings. The sensor is activated through a wireless indicator that can measure and analyze the level of moist in the construction. This is revolutionizing since it has not been possible to attain this kind of information without tearing up the interior and exterior of buildings.

Congratulations Invisense!
